Cancellation Policies
For Conference Attendees:
No participant refunds will be granted, but participant substitutions will be allowed with e-mail notification to the membership chair, Mike Waters at watersm1@nku.edu. This email must include the name and contact information of the substitute). The substitute participant will be contacted by the membership chair and will need to check in at the on-site registration table on the day of the conference.
For Speakers:
No speaker refunds will be granted, but speaker substitutions will be considered on a case by case basis upon notification to the program chair, Kari Ostby at kari.ostby@jefferson.kyschools.us.
