There are many different opportunities for exhibitors and vendors to participate in the
KCTM Annual Conference.
You may purchase an exhibitor/vendor table for $300 each.
Other opportunities for participation in the conference include:
- Sponsoring breakfast or lunch for conference attendees
- Donating door prizes to be given away to conference attendees
- Sponsoring refreshments for the Speaker Hospitality Room (when available)
- Donating table favors for the Awards Banquet to be held on October 1, 2010
You will be able to select your level of participation when you fill out the Exhibitor/Vendor Registration form.
Exhibitors/ Vendors can set up:
Friday, October 1 from 7:00 am - 11:00 am.
Exhibits will be open:
11:00 am - 4:00 pm on Friday, October 1 &
7:30 am - 2:30 pm Saturday, October 2, 2010.
We ask that you plan to keep your exhibit open until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Our attendees have expressed disappointment when they arrive after lunch and find the vendors have left for the day. Thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter.

***If you want to ship anything to or from the Center, PLEASE email Kari Ostby at kari.ostby@jefferson.kyschools.us for the rules of shipping to and from the Center.
The Awards Banquet will be Friday, October 1, 2010 at the conference site- The Center for Rural Development. You may purchase banquet tickets when you register for the conference. To nominate someone for a MESA Award, or for more details including the banquet location and time, please visit the KCTM Conference Awards Banquet page.
You will have the option to pay online using a credit card.
If you will not be paying online, you will receive an email with payment instructions, including the address for mail-in payments. Your registration as an exhibitor/vendor will not be processed until payment is received. Payment must be received by September 1, 2010 to qualify for the normal conference registration.
If payment is received after September 1, 2010,
the table fee is increased to $400!!!!
And the vendor will not be listed in the program.
