Payment Deadline for Exhibitor/Vendor:
September 1, 2010
Payments received after September 1 increases to $400. Also, after September 1, the vendor can not be listed in the program.
Exhibits will be open from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm on Friday and 7:30 am - 2:30 pm Saturday. Please plan on staying until 2:30 Saturday. Attendees have expressed disappointment when arriving after lunch to find the vendors have left. Thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter.
Exhibit areas will be 10'x10' for 1-2 tables. You maybe given 2- 10'x10' areas for 3 or more tables. Each table will be 8'x30".
Exhibitors can set up:
Friday, October 1 from 7:00 am - 11:00 am.
(No Thursday evening set up time this year.)
Wireless internet will be available throughout the site, including the exhibit area.
Attendees will be eating breakfast and lunch in the exhibit area this year!!!!!!!!!!!
***If you will be submitting a proposal to be a speaker for a session, PLEASE NOTE, ALL speakers and their co-speakers MUST be paid KCTM Members. Annual membership is $15. It is advised that you handle this, before proceeding on to be a vendor to make the registration process easier.
Exhibit materials can be shipped to the Center in advanced. However, please email Kari Ostby at kari.ostby@jefferson.kyschools.us for any requirements for shipping to and from the Center. The address is:

Your registration as an exhibitor/vendor will not be processed until payment is received.
You will have the option to pay online using a credit card. If you choose to pay manually (by mail), you will receive an email with payment instructions, including the address for mail-in payments. When you register, you will have the option to become a member of KCTM or renew your KCTM membership dues. You will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets to attend the KCTM Conference Awards Banquet on October 1, 2010.
